Refund & Return Policy

Here at Deliac Society, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you have received a damaged product, we offer a hassle-free return policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Only damaged items are eligible for returns.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the arrival date.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Certain items such as custom items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at deliacsociety@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  • We will ask for a picture of the damaged item.
  • Once approved, we will purchase a return label for you to send us the damaged product.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package, or on a note inside the package.
  • Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
  • Once the package has been scanned into the shipping provider's system, we will send out another of the same product to you as soon as possible.

3. Return Shipping:

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

5. Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Policy Updates:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify our return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
